The Town of Johnstown’s hall at the south end of Parish Avenue, where the Town Council meets on the first and third Mondays at 7 pm, the Planning and Zoning Commission on the second and fourth Wednesdays, and residents pay water bills, pull permits and buy Lake Park fishing permits on weekdays.
